Listed below you will find some important and helpful information regarding personal training sessions through LKN Training.

• LKN Training is located within the LKN area of Cornelius, Davidson, and Huntersville.
• I am an ACSM certified personal trainer
• Rates are as follows:

First meeting is FREE — No Risk!!! (Including a free health assessment!)

After the first sessions, rates are as follows:

• $40.00 for 1 hour session
• $25.00 for 1/2 hour sessions

Package deals:

• 12 – 1 hour sessions for $400 (that’s 2 free hours!)
• 12 – 1/2 hour sessions for $250 (that’s 2 free sessions!)

Any age group is welcome!  Workouts are customized to suit your goals – tone, lose weight, gain muscle, train for an event, etc.

Group sessions are a helpful way to split the cost with a friend, or two, for the same great rate.

No gym needed, I can always train outdoors if that’s what’s preferred.

I currently work out of Xtreme Fitness, right off of 115 in Cornelius – First time there is free with Jamie, then it’s $20 per month for the gym (24 hour gym, 7 days per week, with the access code), and the best part is that there are no contracts or commitments that need to be signed.
